Contact lenses are medical devices, so you'll need a current prescription. To renew your prescription, simply contact us to arrange an exam. Once you've placed your order, we will verify your prescription to make sure that it matches the records from your most recent exam. It typically takes 5-7 business days for your contacts to be delivered to your door using FREE standard shipping. Faster shipping methods are available (additional charges apply). Buying contact lenses online with us is fast and easy. Enter your prescription information. Your contact lens prescription can be found on the hand-written prescription from your doctor, or on your contact lens box. If you are a current patient of Haik Humble Eye Center, your prescription information is already on file at our office. If you are not our patient, you may still purchase contacts from us. However, you must have a valid prescription on record at your eye doctor's office. After placing your order, we will verify the prescription to make sure that it matches the records from your most recent exam. When placing an order, please include your eye doctor's name, address, telephone, and fax number. You may also fax your current and unexpired prescription to us at 318-325-7715. If your prescription cannot be verified, we cannot process your order and your credit card will not be charged. We will notify you if this happens.
